Calovix provides nutrition, meal logging and wellness-tracking features, including optional AI-assisted meal estimation. Features may change as the product develops.
2. Not medical advice
Calovix is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis or treatment. Nutrition values, calorie targets, BMI, AI scan results and body-composition references are informational estimates. Seek qualified professional advice for medical or clinical dietary decisions.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing information before relying on it. AI may identify foods incorrectly, estimate portions incorrectly or return incomplete nutrition data. Labels, verified databases and professional guidance should be preferred when precision is important.
4. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans may have different AI scan limits, advertising and feature access. Paid subscriptions, when available, are handled through the applicable app store. Store prices, renewal rules, taxes, cancellation and refund handling follow the terms shown by the store at purchase time.
5. Acceptable use
You may not abuse, overload, reverse engineer for unauthorized commercial copying, circumvent quotas or subscription controls, interfere with the service, or use Calovix in violation of law or third-party rights.
6. Availability
AI, food databases, advertising, app-store billing, Health Connect and other third-party services may be unavailable or change without notice. Calovix is provided on an "as available" basis.
7. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Calovix and its operator are not liable for decisions made solely from estimated calorie, nutrition, body-composition or AI results.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated as Calovix approaches public release. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date and, where required, additional notice.
